I have tried several times to get Transunion to investigate several incorrect items on my credit profile. Each time I submit letters, I receive correspondence back from Transunion stating they applaud my efforts in trying to repair my credit, but they have failed to send me proper investigation results. I have several accounts reporting as open on Transunion. XXXX is reporting several collection accounts with past due balances. I have written letters to both bureaus with hopes of proper investigations being completed. Both bureaus continuously violate my consumer rights by reporting incorrect information. According to the FCRA I am entitled to a correct and accurate consumer report. XXXX reports that they have completed a proper investigation, but how is that accurate or a true if account XXXX XXXX XXXX shows a past due balance and the status date is inaccurate. These are all grounds for a removal. Account # XXXXAccount XXXX XXXX XXXX shows a past due balance as well as an inaccurate status date. Also XXXX XXXX XXXX, Account # XXXX shows an incorrect status date and also a pass due balance. They have also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 611 ( 2 ) ( a ) The law clearly states the credit bureaus have 5 days to notify me of when they receive my disputes. They also violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 section 611 ( 5 ) ( a ) ( l ) ( ii ) If items are found inaccurate or can not be properly verified, the Consumer reporting shall promptly delete the information from the file of the consumer.
