Global Lending Services has reported inaccuracies on my credit report and this erroneous account should be removed immediately. Auto loan companies, Global Lending Services in particular, do not offer terms of XXXX months. As you can see attached, Global Lending Services is reporting that I had a XXXX month term with their company. This is FALSE. This company is reporting inaccurate information to the 3 major credit bureaus which is violating my consumer rights under the FCRA. I am demanding that this account be removed IMMEDIATELY.
