In XXXX I received a letter from my county saying my tax was delinquent and that my home was going to be sold due to a tax lien ( See Attachment XXXX XXXX XXXX notice front ). On XX/XX/XXXX I called the county tax office to figure out what was going on. When I investigated with XXXX XXXX, they said the last payment they received was on XX/XX/XXXX, and that they never received the XX/XX/XXXX payment. This is corroborated by the information on their website for my property, which is Attachment XXXX XXXX county current tax bill. The county said to contact the bank since they never got it. My mortgage recently was transferred to another servicer. The first servicer was Plaza Home Mortgage XXXX. In their account, they show my escrow balance as XXXX. This makes sense as the mortgage was transferred at some point earlier this year. Bit they also show an ambiguous escrow payment `` County Tax '' on XX/XX/XXXX in Attachment XXXX, plaza payment. It's clear this money was debited from my escrow. The second servicer is XXXX XXXX, and when I checked their escrow, there is no way near enough money in escrow to have made that attempt and no record of them making a payment. ( Attachment XXXX, new loan escrow ) So based on these findings I contacted Plaza Home Mortgage for resolution also on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, at their customer service number XXXX. I spoke with a lovely lady named XXXX. She directed me to send an email to XXXX with my loan number and the words " Attn : Tax Department '' in the subject line, and advised that someone would contact me about that in 24-48 hours. I did so immediately, detailing the case much as I have here with attachments. It has now been over 4 days since I contacted them in the manner in which I was instructed and have received zero acknowledgment. I am concerned for my home, so I have made this complaint.
