Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX and I am writing to have the following information deleted from my credit file.. I requested a copy of my credit report and noticed multiple fraudulent items on my report. The items I need deleted are ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and XXXX. I am a victim of identity theft and did not make the charge.I have never had an open account with either of the companies listed and it's illegal to have fraudulent information reported to my credit report. I need these items to be deleted immediately. I reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and I also have enclosed copies from the Federal Trade Commissions Identity Theft affidavit. The items are listed below with the account numbers. I have contacted all three bureaus multiple times by phone, mail and by filing numerous complaints. Please remove the following items from my file.
