Midland credit management ( XXXX XXXX XXXX la XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX California XXXX ) will not send me the information that I am asking for to validate this debt. Nothing that bares my signature, nothing showing I entered into a contract with this company, proof they are allowed to collect in my state etc. All they keep sending me are computer generated invoices with another companies name on it. I do not know Midland credit management, nor have I ever done any business with this company But yet they continue to report this negative information on my credit and say that I owe them XXXX and XXXX dollars. They just cant put things on peoples credit without proving that it is indeed their debt. Thats not right nor lawful
