I requested an investigation in to the reporting of my credit on XX/XX/2022. I requested that Transunion look in to my credit report and fix the inaccurate reporting that I listed. On XX/XX/2022 I sent out a follow up letter demanding the company comply with the initial letter I sent out. After thirty ( 30 ) days of not receiving any feedback from the company, I began to contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ). I never received a response from the company until the CFPB was involved. Which was nore than 30 days after i sent my initial letter. Please note that " you have 30 days to complete an investigation, as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Be advised that the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information is hereby requested as well, to be provided within ( 5 ) days of the completion of your re-investigation. ''
