I just had my credit report pulled from Equifax by XXXX XXXX. The bank was unable to process my loan do to a fraud report being on credit report. I called Equifax and was told by numerous agents that there was no block on the report. the credit union pulled the credit again and it was still there. not sure how to get this Fraud block off as no one is able to help me at Equifax. further more after I hung up with them my online Equifax account was not accessible and I am not able to get into my credit report
