I submitted disputes multiple times in regards to BANKRUPTCY CHAPTER XXXX DISMISSED reporting on my credit report. XXXX and Experian continue to report this Bankruptcy even after i informed them that I have never filed Bankruptcy. They claim to be verifying this information with XXXX. I have contacted XXXX and this Bankruptcy was removed from their system as being unverifiable! How does XXXX and Experian verify information that is unverifiable with the supposed agency giving them the information? This FALSE reporting on my credit report has caused great harm to my credit. I am submitting evidence that the XXXX and Experian continue to cause harm to my credit and evidence that XXXX has said themselves that this information is UNVERIFIABLE and has been REMOVED from their system.. XXXX and Experian must be held accountable for the blatant disregard of federal law pertaining to accurate credit reporting and the FCRA.
