I am in disagreement with the information XXXX reported on XX/XX/XXXX to the credit bureaus ( XXXX, Experian XXXX XXXX ) which still appear on my credit report, even after XXXX re-investigation about the dispute of late payments XXXX reported. XXXX XXXX then proceeded to change the entire account from included in bankruptcy XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX discharged on XX/XX/XXXX which is factual to C/O XX/XX/XXXX and included from XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX in my payment history C/O repeatedly which is false. This loan was discharged back on XX/XX/XXXX I have ask over the last 3 years for XXXX o fix this issue and please provide me with any documents that XXXX obtain and its origin to process such information that over turned my XXXXWFS is aware this loan had being included in XXXX WFS had it listed on my credit report as so then on XX/XX/XXXX they updated the acct to CHARGED OFF C/O ACCT withe {$10000.00} in BAD debt after serval times over the years disputing late payment reported on my acct after XXXX that should have been there also has acct listed as individual when in fact it was a joint loan ... my main concern is how did XXXX was able to give a debt after the federal courts release me from debt how/when did they get this XXXX over turned.
