XXXX Purchase of shed, was returned and refunded. Purchase was made with AFFIRM, when it arrived, noticed it was too small. RETURN WAS REQUESTED IMMEDIATELY. Item returned. NO refund, AFFIRM keeps billing me. contacted both companies multiple timesXXXX keeps saying check your bank and I keep telling them I purchased with affirm, through their website. AFFIRM says XXXX never sent refund to them. I finally spoke with someone at AFFIRM who confirmed they received refund from XXXX. They never fixed the account or stopped billing me. Never sent back what I already paid. ITS been 6 months now, I am still paying through affirm for something I returned immediately. neither company has a number to call to actually talk to someone who can help. I have to keep inquiring online. Getting the run around with affirm. was on the phone with them, they confirmed they could cancel, never received any refund for what I paid so far, they keep charging me the next installment. I keep contacting them and then the next person I get tells me they never got refund from XXXX and I need to keep making payments. There is no good number, no custumer solutions, and I am being charged further installments and interest for an item I returned immediately,
