As of XXXX I have sent several letters for inaccurate and unknown on credit report ( Section 611 ( a ) of the FCRA requires a CRA to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of any item of information in a consumer 's file if the consumer alleges the item to be inaccurate within 30 days ) - Its been over 60 days and should be deleted promptly. I demand inaccurate accounts be deleted immediately or I will file litigation due to the stress of inaccurate and unknown accounts on report. My information was also compromised by XXXX data breach and may have landed into the hands of the wrong person.
