I received a copy of my credit report and found multiple in accuracies ; XXXX account number XXXX also XXXX funding account number XXXX report across all three bureaus are different. 2.Report as closed account on experian but report payment activity on Equifax 3 . Report different dates of the last payment on each bureau. 4. payment history differs on all three. Please remove it from my credit report. By the provision of the Fair Credit reporting act I ask that these items be removed. this is a clear violating pf 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( a ) a duty of furnisher to provide accurate information. 15 U.S.C ( 1 ) a person shall not furnish any information relating to any consumer to any consumer agencies if the person has notified that such specific information is inaccurate. I understand that you must complete this investigation within 30 days under 15 U.S.C Sec 168i ( a ).
