On XX/XX/2022, I visited an ATM and attempted to make a cash withdrawal of {$620.00}. Immediately after the machine processed the transaction, the ATM failed and displayed an error stating that the transaction would be canceled and to contact my financial institution. I immediately called Cred.AI 's " XXXX emergency support line '' who argued with me for ten minutes stating that there's nothing they can do, and they referred me to the owner of the ATM, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reviewed the log and shows the transaction was canceled -- they deferred me back to Cred.AI for assistance in removing the transaction. Eventually, I was transferred to the disputes department who filed a dispute, but stated that the funds would not be returned for use for 90 days. I have not heard an update and I still do not have access to my funds now nearly 10 days since the transaction was attempted. This is essentially theft, and must be rectified in a timely matter.
