On XXXX XXXX Equifax sent me a letter notifying me that the report they removed off my credit would be put back on. Equifax put XXXX XXXX back on my credit report and damaged it and dinged my credit report XXXX points. Equifax is now reporting false information on my credit report. The loan was for 60 months and started on XX/XX/XXXX the whole loan amount was {$20000.00} with down payment. Equifax is reporting the original loan amount is {$11000.00} false statement, Equifax is reporting the amount I have paid is {$9200.00} false statement I have paid {$17000.00} and at the end of the loan on XXXX XXXX I will have paid {$19.00} XXXX plus my down payment I will have paid over {$20000.00}. Equifax is reporting my remaining balance is {$2400.00} false statement remaining balance is {$2600.00} Equifax is reporting my actual payment amount was {$650.00} false statement I have paid {$17000.00} and at the end of the loan on XXXX XXXX I will have paid {$19000.00} plus my down payment I will have paid over {$20000.00}. Equifax is reporting my remaining balance is {$2400.00} false statement remaining balance is {$2600.00} Equifax is reporting my actual payment amount was {$650.00} false statement my last payment was {$320.00}, Equifax is reporting my last payment date was XXXX XXXX false statement it was XXXX XXXX is reporting 120 days past due false statement. Equifax is purposely and maliciously ruining my credit. I fell out of escrow last year due to Equifax false reporting and not removing account and false information in a timely manor.Equifax sent me a letter of reinsertion and that has wrong and false information.Aparently Equifax does not care about reporting correctly and they dont care to remove a account permanently when information is not correct since I have been complaining about this account for over a year. Equifax removed the false information one time and then put the same false information back on my credit report I have XXXX disputes with Equifax and all are for false or inaccurate information on my report and and over half give or take or for the same account XXXX XXXX. I called Equifax and spoke with XXXX XXXX badge number XXXX and he was to open a dispute and investigate the issue no dispute was ever opened by the EQUIFAX Supervisor.XXXX XXXX has been sued by the attorney general in for bad loans and subprime loans and bad lending practices .A 60 month loan at {$320.00} a month since XXXX XXXX is more then the {$9200.00} being falsely reported since XXXX.
