According to FCRA 15 U.S.C 1681 I have the right to privacy and according to 15 U.S.C 6802, no financial institution can share my personal information to third parties. I also did not give written permission for any company to furnish these items on my credit report. These are blatant violations of my federally protected consumer rights.
