For nearly a year I have been disputing with this credit bureau that XXXX XXXX XXXX account number XXXX is reporting inaccurately on my credit report and I have asked them to delete it and they have refused. On my experian credit report it says that the XXXX XXXX XXXX account is paid in full and the date of that payment was on XX/XX/XXXX. On the credit report it also states that the account was in good standing in XX/XX/XXXX. So, how can it be that the account is paid in full and no balance is owed. The last payment was on XX/XX/XXXX and the account was in good standing in XX/XX/XXXX so how then can Experian be reporting that the account went into delinquency on XX/XX/XXXX. That makes no sense. Experian is reporting that this account has a XXXX balance owed and the account was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX but yet they are reporting that the account went into a charged off status in XXXX of XXXX which is false and makes no sense. On the same credit report under the heading ''Scheduled Payment Amount '' its says that it has no data. Experian is therefore saying that they have no record of my payment and when I made it yet they are reporting that the last payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX. This makes no sense. This credit report is incomplete and inaccurate and under the Fair Credit Reporting Act when ever an account is incomplete and in accurate then such account should be deleted. On the same credit report under the heading, '' Actual Amount Paid '' it says that it has no data. So, Experian has no data on any payments made by me on this account but yet they are saying that the last payment on this account was made on XX/XX/XXXX. This makes no sense. The XXXX XXXX XXXX account is incomplete and inaccurate and this account should be deleted from my credit report immediately. I got a dcument from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that this credit bureau never contacted them so as to verify this account. My lawyers are using document as a means to file a lawsuit against Experian should they refuse to delete XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report.
