To Whom It May Concern : XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX are still in violation of 15 USC 1681 b ( a ) ( 2 ) which states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report in accordance with written instructions of the consumer. I, THE CONSUMER, have never given XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX any written consent to report anything on my consumer report. No consent is identity theft. I have filed an identity theft report through reportfraud.ftc.gov ( report number ending in # XXXX ) that states there are XXXX accounts being illegally furnished on my consumer report. I demand that XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX remove these inaccuracies from my consumer report. I will not extend my credit to anyone or allow XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX to furnish a report for me. I state that pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) the banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate consumer reports. By XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX allowing inaccuracies to be furnished on my consumer report, has caused me to lose confidence in the banking system. XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX must delete these inaccurate accounts from my consumer report if they want to continue doing business with me.
