XXXX XXXX XXXX reported a collection for $ XXXX to the bureaus in XXXX, for a debt in XXXX. Theyre claiming I paid nothing on the debt ( taken out XX/XX/XXXX ) but state the delinquency occurred XX/XX/XXXX three years later. The document does not have a grace period of three years, so that timelines is impossible. I pointed that out ; it was not fixed. I pointed out that the original debtor had 90 days from the date of delinquency to report/sell the debt, and the collector 90 days to report it- it was not fixed. At this point, my problem is with XXXX AND the credit bureaus ( mainly XXXX and Equifax ) because Ive disputed it maybe XXXX, with supporting documents, to no avail. I am entitled to be represented accurately by the bureaus, instead Ive received letters refusing to even look at my disputes- even if I did provide supporting evidence.
