Am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who sat for my XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on the XX/XX/22 and failed. so i went to look for help online and found this online tutoring service program which claimed to be tutoring students on the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX with very high chances of passing but they did not allow any other form of payment other than getting a loan from AFFIRM and the payment has to be fully paid before they even enroll you So they have this AFFIRM icon on there website that was the only active one the other credit cards like XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX were inactive. so you are left with no other choice but get this loan even though you dont know how this service operated but since it was stated on the affirm website that if you are not getting the service that you expected from the merchant in 6weeks of getting the loan affirm can help you get back the money ( LOAN ). so i went a head and applied for the {$1800.00} which was what they were charging for 8 weeks with one session weekly for 45mins a session which for sure was over priced anyway coz its was just sending questions which one can get freely on line and you tube. After one session i realize this is not going to help me pass my exam coz it was just typing sending me questions from a question bank no direct contact with the tutor yet i expected a kind of XXXX thing. So I write to them after two weeks to counsel and get me out of this program but was willing to pay for the two sessions i had with them and they refused saying i have to pay for the loan I didn't even use coz they have a NO FUND policy So I got to affirm website and filled a complaint as it is states on the website that if you are not satisfied with merchant and the loan is within 6 weeks since they issued it they can help you get a refund i was with in the time frame coz it had only been 2 weeks they reply me after about 3weeks they say they work with the policy of the merchant so i have to pay the XXXX dollars i did not even use. its not fair for me to pay for a loan i did not use i accept to pay for the 90mins i had with them but why should i pay a whole XXXX dollars for a service i did not use. this seems like a trap am in now and am afraid it may affect my credit score which i have worked for years to build and protect. am kindly requesting for your help please.
