I went to the hospital on XX/XX/2021 which I have gotten a full detail bill on. A charge on XXXX was put in collection on my credit report in late XXXX which I did not know prior till seeing this in my report I never heard of this amount owed. I reached out the the collection agency and they failed to give relative information such as detail billing on the date and the amount charged. I called both my insurance and hospital and they both stated that there was not a charge of XXXX relative on that date or any other date prior or present to that. I received detail bills from both my insurance and the hospital and that charge of XXXX was never on there. I have tried with the collection agency but they have no saying this was me, that have not provided correct information when it comes to billing.
