My current situation is, that I have been victim of fraud, since my XXXX XXXX XXXX account was hacked.Were I was denied from the total access into my personal customer portal.Consequences of this evil criminal action.Honestly, i'm facing the worse nightmare ever.So whoever took ownership of my hacked account.Had the audacity to contacted every single individual from my XXXX friends list, a total of XXXX persons, wich i consider long amount.Using my identity, trying to obtain personal data information from them, for financial purposes.After this incident was brought to my attention, immediately I report my problem to the XXXX customer support.Staff members, that haven't reply me back till today 's date.Then a couple days after.I couldn't access my chat messenger app, also from my two primary electronic emails address, we're I used to receive all my important personal events.Some of my debit prepaid bank cards was compromised, matter that is taking care already.Plus on my credit report it shows a dramatically amount of credit inquiries, the ones are impacting negatively into my current score.I start receiving emails orders confirmations from XXXX, XXXX, non authorized XXXX & XXXX XXXX payments, regular phone text messages referring to personal loans, car purchases, such utilities bills debts that are not common, following thoses steps measures.So, after all this unexpected things start happening, i went to a local police station to file a report.There, the officers provided me a list with the steps for me to follow in order to resolve my concern.I filed a federal trade commission report fraud ( # XXXX ), another report to the XXXX & i contact my 3 credit report bureau placing an alert fraud & blocking the access to any of my personal info.
