Requested Method of verification from original creditor and credit reporting agencies. They failed to send back documentation within 30 days. The only thing I received was letters from creditors and all three bureaus saying the debt was verified. These are not accurate accounts and need to be deleted from my credit files as they are being reported inaccurately and violate the FCRA as well as my consumer rights due to defamation. I also sent documentation to support I was a victim of ID theft and was a part of several data breaches and hacks exposing my social and personal info that was used by an unauthorized person to open accounts in my name an FTC report was filed recently to verify this info.
