On or about XX/XX/2021- Transunion reported a XXXX XXXX XXXX filing on my credit bureau report. I wrote transunion and requested that this be investigated and removed. After over 6 months of going back and forth with Transunion, I contacted the Bankruptcy court who responded by saying that they did not Verify the information that Transunion had stated it had received from the US Bankruptcy Court. To date Transunion is the only bureau that reports this public record on my report and at this time, this has costs me several credit opportunities. No lender will even look at my application because of this error. I have supplied Transunion with a copy of my credit reprot demonstrating that TU is the only bureau showing the Bankruptcy Filing and the other bureaus do not show this filing. Secondly, I forwarded a copy of the letter from the bankruptcy court, and I also sent TU a letter of incarceration demonstrating that I was XXXX XXXX ' at the time of the bankruptcy filing. They still will not remove this record or any of the inquiries and adverse information associated with the bankruptcy filing. I am seeking resolution of this issue by TU removing the XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy, all accounts referencing a bankruptcy and any inquiry on my credit file in the last 18 months as I was XXXX XXXX during this time and did NOT authorize TU to allow my credit to be pulled.
