I have never given any company written permission to furnish a report about me. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681c : no consumer reporting agency may make any report containing any adverse action other than convictions. 15 usc 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any CRA if the person knows or have knowledge that information is inaccurate.
