Consumer Narrative
Equifax has placed my brother 's XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loan account under MyEquifax account. I have never applied for a loan nor have I applied for any line of credit. My brother 's XXXX XXXX XXXX loan account is dated for XX/XX/2020. It is a paid and closed account. The amount was {$3500.00} His loan account details need to be separated from. Equifax also has our information crossed. My brother and I have tried to get Equifax to resolve these issues, and we are having a hard time getting them to understand that we are two different people.
