XX/XX/2022, I received a letter from a Debt collector company that goes by the name of Firstsource Advantage LLC. In the letter I they are telling me they are trying to collect a alleged debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX. I am a consumer and i am well informed of my rights and the federal laws that protect me from unfair debt collection practices and according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Firstsource Advantage LLC has violated these rules and regulations. I never gave this debt collector permission or consent to contact me, and i have sent them a letter of cease and desist pursuant to 15 USC 1692 C. Also In the letter Firstsource Advantage LLC said " As of the date of this letter, you owe {$2600.00} '' This is a violation because a debt collector can't say i owe anything pursuant to 15 USC 1692 b and also in the letter was said " Firstsource Advantage , LLC is a debt collector. We are trying to collect a debt that you owe XXXX XXXX. We will use any information you give us to help collect the debt '' This is also a violation because a debt collector can not use or obtain information on a consumer to collect a debt and i have proof of this pursuant to 15 USC 1692e ( 10 ). I have been receiving multiple phone calls that have interrupted me at work and caused me a great deal of stress, I have proof of these unwanted phone calls i never gave consent to receive, this is a violation pursuant to 15 USC 1692c. Firstsource Advantage , LLC is responsible for all damages that cost {$1000.00} per violation pursuant to 15 USC 1692k
