Equifax continues to violate my under the FCRA 15 USC 1681 and 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Equifax stated the account listed bellow was verified, how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation? Every piece of information on this account is still not reporting 100 % accurate. By way of their own report dated XX/XX/2022 shows the account has not been verified since XX/XX/2022. Since more than 30 days have passed since I head from Equifax the FCRA 623 ( b ) ( 1 ) clearly states The credit reporting agency must respond to the dispute within 30 days or delete the disputed information from their files. Equifax clearly failed to do so as required by law. By way of their own admission via a letter dated XX/XX/2022 they are refusing to investigate this disputed item, far different from what they stated to the CFPB in a previous complaint.
