I XXXX XXXX wrote Experian on XX/XX/2022 informing them that they were in direct violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). Which states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer. I the consumer never gave Experian any written consent to report anything on my consumer report. No consent is identity theft. Below I will list 19 accounts that are listed on my Experian consumer report that I did not provide written consent for them to furnish on my consumer report. I demand for Experian to remove these accounts from my consumer report but yet they are still listed. I demand that Experian remove these inaccuracies from my consumer report. If they are not removed I will not extend my credit to anyone or allow Experian to furnish a report for me. I would like to state that pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) the banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate consumer reports. By Experian allowing these inaccuracies to be furnished on my consumer report it has caused me to lose confidence in the banking system. If Experian wants to continue doing business with me. They should delete these inaccurate accounts from my consumer report.
