In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The Consumer Reporting Agency stated that my account was " properly investigated '' but how is that possible with so much inaccurate information reporting? As shown in the attached documents, the account name is inaccurate, the account number is inaccurate, and the original creditor 's name is not accurate. This is a direct violation of my rights according to 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A in which states that I have the right to privacy. In addition to the first violation, the credit reporting agency has also violated 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 in which states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Last but not least 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( B ) states that I have the right to a fair and equitable consumer report. Furthermore, the consumer reporting agency also took more than 30 days to complete my initial investigation. If the CRA can not provide me with proof of my written instructions to report this information to my consumer report prior to furnishing it on my consumer report ( 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 ) I have reason to believe you have furnished this inaccurate information with forethought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation.
