On XX/XX/2022 I mailed the FIRST Request letter to TRANSUNION, XXXX and XXXX to investigate/verify and delete incorrect accounts on my credit report. I have sent the letter with proof of my identity. On XX/XX/2022, I sent the SECOND Request letter requesting for TRANSUNION, XXXX and XXXX to remove all the incorrect information since I have not been notified or showed the results of their investigation within 30 days. Sent Certified mail. The credit reporting companies TRANSUNION, XXXX and XXXX are not complying with their own polices in a timely manner. On XX/XX/2022, I sent the THIRD Request letter demanding TRANSUNION, XXXX and XXXX to delete these incorrect/inaccurate accounts from my credit report since it has been over 30 days. Sent Certified mail. I have certified tracking numbers given to me by USPS that prove the receipt of this letters. Unfortunately, I started this complaint on XX/XX/2022 and the companies have not responded by the laws set up by the Fair credit reporting act and removed the information since they have had more than 30 days to verify and remove the false information from my report. I want this incorrect/inaccurate information immediately deleted from my XXXX credit reports. These incorrect/inaccurate accounts are hindering me financially and preventing me from providing a better life for my family. I want TRANSUNION, XXXX and XXXX to immediately delete these incorrect accounts from my credit report that do not belong to me. They are affecting my finances.
