My debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX should be not listed as a charge-off. Instead, the deficiency of the auto loan should be listed as a part of the XXXX bankruptcy discharge. This debt originated/predated the XXXX XXXX conversion date of XX/XX/2018 and for that reason, the debt was discharged. Therefore, the trade line is required by law to reflect that. The docket from the bankruptcy court is attached. Please make the necessary updates to the tradeline reports to reflect the debt being discharged as a part of the bankruptcy. Failure to do so will result in potential bankruptcy litigation based on this apparent violation of the Bankruptcy Discharge order as well as FCRA litigation in Federal Court. If you have any questions, please contact my bankruptcy attorney, XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue by sending letters by Register Mail to XXXX XXXX XXXX and letters to all three credit bureaus.
