Consumer Narrative

I received an email from PayPal saying I owed {$960.00} which they needed to take out of my account for cryptocurrency. I do not have a PayPal account that I have used in the last year or so and I did not purchase any XXXX account. When I tried calling the number they became abusive and wanted to log into my computer and get my personal information to stop the payment. I contacted XXXX and PayPal because the email came from XXXX and PayPal. They have both been made aware of this.
