I bought a spare part for a car on XXXX with a tracking number that was delivered but I did not receive anything. I opened a dispute on XXXX, XXXX decided it in favor of the seller. I dont agree with this nonsense, since the seller is responsible for the delivery and the seller must open a dispute with the delivery company or request insurance. Then I decided to open a dispute on PayPal, since I paid with a credit card, PayPal closes the dispute in favor of the seller, referring to the tracking number that the spare part was delivered and ignoring that I indicate that I do not receive anything!!!
