I contacted Equifax multiple times to get my name updated & my address they have address on my account that are not mine I faxed my drivers license Marriage certificate & W2 to XXXX the fax number they provided I spend time & gas to fax from the UPS store & Equifax keeps telling me to refax it I have proof it was faxed date & time stamped I can attach copies. They are causing me to get denied for a home I need to rent because the house I'm living is is being sold. I spend hours on the phone with them not getting help. I'm beyond frustrated as this is affecting my life & my family.
