I received a title loan on my car back in XX/XX/2016 for {$100.00} my car got impounded by police after someone else was driving it when I went to get it out the tow yard said I couldn't get it because there was a lien on title from title loan place and they were getting it cause I hadn't paid my loan so I didn't get my car from impound title loan place did and now they are still trying to charge me for it after they took my car to you don't get money and the car I told them they got the car they said no they didn't. B why would I just leave my car and not get it back if I could it makes no sence
