On XX/XX/2022 I received a donation for XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1000.00} via Paypal. On XX/XX/2022 Paypal stated that I need to provided them with additional information. I provided them copies of my State ID card, and all the other information requested. On XX/XX/2022 Paypal stated that they would be holding the money for 180 days, closing my account, and charging me a high value fee. On XX/XX/2022 I tried to a phone to Paypal but it was too late. On XX/XX/2022, I called Paypal I spoke with a customer service representative who refused to provide me with any information as to why my account was closed or what happened. On XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX I mailed a letter to Paypal requesting arbitration.
