New and updated information. I XXXX XXXX am submitting this complaint without any influence of a third party. Equifax is knowingly and willfully illegally furnishing accounts on my consumer report without my consent. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) a consumer reporting agency may furnish to a consumer report in accordance with written instructions from the consumer. I did not give Equifax consent to furnish anything to my consumer report. No consent is Identity Theft. An FTC report was sent to Equifax on XX/XX/2022 and Equifax stated that they will not be blocking the information pursuant to section 605B ( c ). They also stated that identification was not sent. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency has 4 days to block the information listed on the FTC report XXXX Unless Equifax can provide written documentation that I gave them consent to furnish to my consumer report they are fraudulently acting on my behalf. Please see attached documents as it contains my full complaint.
