New and updated information. I XXXX XXXX am submitting this complaint without any influence of a third party. Experian is knowingly and willfully illegally furnishing accounts on my consumer report without my consent. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) a consumer reporting agency may furnish to a consumer report in accordance with written instructions from the consumer. I did not give Experian consent to furnish anything to my consumer report. No consent is Identity Theft. An FTC report was sent to Experian on XX/XX/2022 and Experian stated that they are unable to honor the request because they did not receive identification. However, they removed 3 inquiries that was listed on the report. They did in fact receive identification and are not complying with federal law. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency has 4 days to block the information listed on the FTC report . Unless Experian can provide written documentation that I gave them consent to furnish to my consumer report they are fraudulently acting on my behalf. Please see attached documents as it contains my full complaint.
