EQUIFAX has NOT provided me with ANY INVESTIGATION RESULT regarding complaint ID XXXX of XX/XX/2022. It is now over 30 days and I still DO NOT KNOW what their investigation result is. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ), it has 30 days to investigate disputes. If it can not verify the information within the 30 day time period, it must delete all of the disputed accounts from my report.
