I've spoken with account recovery dept regarding following issue, rep was unable to resolve matter, referred to XXXX for resolution ... Wells Fargo account closed with negative balance in amount of $ XXXX, this amount includes two deposits in amount of {$50.00}, a credit reversal in amount of {$290.00}, which is a debit card purchase from XXXX, item ordered, never received. The item, a XXXX t-shirt, was sent via XXXX and as explained numerous times prior, XXXX driver has a habit of forging signatures and leaving packages where they can be lost/stolen.. Previously, the driver signed for a package using signature " XXXX XXXX '', no one by initial M lives at my address. In fact, I live alone. The XXXX package was signed as " XXXX XXXX '' due to complaint filed about prior forged signature, " XXXX XXXX '' .. XXXX refused to take any action regarding lost package, accepts signature as my own despite forgery and fact I never sign my name as " XXXX XXXX XXXX.. I've detailed this in prior CFPB complaints, Wells Fargo refuses to credit amount back to account, the amount of {$290.00}. The account, XXXX, is now closed, Wells Fargo is attempting to collect on it, referred to their recovery dept for payment. I will reiterate again as I did in prior CFPB complaint in re, I do not pay for items I did not receive, nor will I ever, Wells Fargo needs to simply credit amount back, failing that, remove account from credit reporting.
