Here are the XXXX latest CFPB complaints ( of 5 plus years ). XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. automatically labels complaints as duplicate. And yet NOBODY has yet to send the permissible permission used to access my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX by Experian and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. And yet nobody has even given an explanation of why they feel like they dont have to comply with the CFPB request and complaint. CFPB Complaint # XXXX 5 years of requests and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX just labeled the latest CFPB complaint # XXXX as duplicate. They have never supplied the permissible permission to have accessed my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX as I have requested for more than 5 years. Experian has just played the paper game for 5 years by saying they are investigating by sending complaint to XXXX. This is shameful and surely these can not be American Companies. CFPB Complaint # XXXX Attached is XX/XX/XXXX letter from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX sending items they claim I requested. I requested the permissible permission used to access my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX not the documents they keep sending. I require this document to prove the loan was fraud. When I say fraud, XXXX requires more of my personal information to do a fraud investigation when they didn't even have the right to have any information on me in the first place. My request is simple, send me copy of the permissible permission used to access my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX to allow me to prove the loan was fraudulent.
