I have sent my disputes multiple times out to the credit bureaus fighting this issue as off XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/2022 its getting very serious because there starting to take points off due to me complaining to the CFPB AND Also ignoring my request. I told the credit bureaus to re '' investigate every piece of information '' on the accounts i have listed below. but they never did a full investigation. ACCOUNT : XXXX XXXX XXXX According to the FRCA the term " investigation consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. they stated my account were verified and updated but how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation according to the law. Also every piece of information on this accounts are still not reporting 100 % Accurate. and according to the FRCA 15 USC 1681 everything has to be Accurate.
