In XX/XX/2021, I went into XXXX XXXX to open a monthly membership of {$10.00} a month and they ended up creating a renewal contract for {$200.00} biweekly payments for a total of {$2400.00} that I did not sign or commit to. It wasn't until the first payment of {$200.00} hit my bank account that I realized there was something different submitted as a contract. I went into the facility to have them fix it but they said the person I needed to talk to was not in. It wasn't until the third attempt that they said she is no longer with the company. Because I was unable to resolve it with XXXX I turned to my bank ( Chase ) to dispute the charges. They did reverse the charges. However, now the " debt '' is being reported on my credit reports by collection agency Aldous and Associates. I will also enter a dispute with them, however I want to ensure this gets removed, as it dropped my XXXX XXXX by XXXX points.
