Whenever I have transaction withdrawal paypal is playing and XXXX and there is no proper complaint system to escalate this issue to the higher level all what I can do to complaint to XXXX XXXX XXXX and when I do that then they transfer my money on same day everytime when I enquire about my transaction the agent is saying is saying its transferred from our side and you have problem with receiving bank and when I ask them to give me the telex copy then they say wait for 15 days so why this lie everytime?
