This is a follow up to a previous complaint ( # XXXX ) that was opened, which the company made false and inaccurate statements in their response that now need to be resolved. Please see the previous complaint if additional context is needed. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX responded to complaint # XXXX, with several untruthful comments regarding previous communication from XXXX representatives. In their response, they wrote such things as " The email noted that this could take a minimum of 30 days to be reflected on XXXX XXXX 's credit report '' when in reality the email they are speaking of states " Please allow 3-5 days for this to update on your Experian Credit Report. '' They did however the next day in a new message make a different statement claiming to need 30 days to resolve the false reporting to the credit bureau. It has now been 30 days and they still have not removed the false information they knowingly reported to the CRA. Also in their response dated XX/XX/XXXX, the representative stated " At this time, XXXX would also like to confirm with XXXX XXXX the tradeline is in the process of being removed from his Experian report. '' This statement is a blatant lie, since the very next day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) they responded to the disputed I initiated with Experian validating the account including its status and balance as accurate. I have since made several attempts to contact XXXX which went unanswered, so today I attempted to reach someone over the phone. When I got through I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and spoke with XXXX and later with XXXX. Both bluntly acknowledge the company had lied in their response, as well as each and every time they committed to removing the trader line from my CR. They then told me that there was nothing else anyone was planning to do and that I just needed to live with the negative information on my CR. I was left astounded by XXXX 's arrogant, " we're above the law '' attitude.
