2nd Request On XX/XX/22 I informed XXXX that it was XXXX fraudulent accounts on my credit report. Some try to get a car or something in my name. There should be a fraud alert on my report. So Im not understanding how my credit is being pulled without my written consent. XXXX and XXXX XXXX failed to do an investigation after they responded and said the was working on it. Per the FCRA this is a violation with can result in a of XXXX per I deleted item per Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) you failed to investigate this. Plus delete these fraudulent inquiries to day. I have a car and credit with XXXX XXXX and didnt go looking for a car!! Please see attached ftc report and inquiries
