XXXX XXXX company is trying to get me to pay alleged amount of {$300.00} for a loan I did not get. First call was made on XX/XX/XXXX and told them my identity was stolen and the debt does't belong to me. Today, this alleged debt hasn't been marked as " disputed '' which will result on a penalty of {$1000.00} for not doing so, also reported it not only to XXXX but XXXX as well. I am filling a complain, but also, disputing debt through Credit Bureaus, to the XXXX, and State Attorney General. I will keep doing so until this Collection account is removed, willingly, from my file. If not, I will be adding this account to my identity theft case I currently have with all XXXX credit bureaus so the information will be blocked from the reporting agencies directly. A Validation Letter is attached along with XXXX regulations.
