I learned my information was involved in a data breach. I refinanced with a company last yeand he last year and I noticed a drop on my credit report of points. When I reach out to the lender of the money source they stated that someone has submitted a payoff request for my mortgage however this is something that I did not authorize. I reached out to the company several times and they still have not changed my phone number or my email address or my contact information and they are trying to sell my mortgage out from underneath me. They are committing friar. I have reached out to the social security office the police authorities the federal trade commission the FBI and I am at a loss what to do from here because I am being ignored Please reach out to XXXX.
