I opened several disputes regarding a bankruptcy on my credit report. Regardless of what documents I send them, they fail to do an actual investigation. I continue to provide more and more documentation that proves this is not my bankruptcy. My latest conversation with XXXX of their representative 's, I was told to create an account on XXXX, look up my social security number and to take a screenshot of the misreporting and send it to them. In this new CFPB complaint, I'm including the letter from XXXX they sent me stating that they deleted the bankruptcy from their reports, Since XXXX is their public records furnisher, I'm also including the most recent XXXX XXXX credit report that shows no public record. I'm also including a letter from the court saying they do not verify any bankruptcies with the credit bureaus and a screenshot and document from XXXX that shows my social security number with the wrong spelling of my name. My legal first name is XXXX, not XXXX. I'm also including my social security card and my drivers license. This needs to be removed from my credit report permanently.
