According to the fair Credit Reporting Act account # XXXX and XXXX has violated my rights Everything has to be 100 % inaccurate on my credit report The credit bureaus reported information as accurate, but how so when the date open is inaccurate, date last active inaccurate, payments are inaccurate, payment history inaccurate and date last reported is inaccurate. I have written documents stating an account was removed but the bureaus say it's accurate. This is grounds for removal. XXXX also violated the law because according to XXXX U.S.C XXXX section XXXX A. state 's I have a right to privacy XXXX XXXX. XXXX section XXXX A. section XXXX also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish my account without written instructions. I did not give anybody written instructions.
